« Received SOP guide lines for species care L2 to help with training of students, started using them today and works really well. We will monitor how it goes and improve on any challenges.

« All the student did their unpacking and questions! We are very impressed! Every one of them is very enthusiastic and wants to learn more every day.

· Feedback on research project.

· Presentation of assignments(s).

{ Assignments done on Power point about slide show on all the WLC animals. Made educational products for the public on Micro soft office publisher & posted on blogs.

· Handout & discussion of new assignments.

{ Find out how we get people from the outside to visit the WLC. Ask how the prices are determined for each activity, Find out if reception has a customer service policy for dissatisfied customers.
