Feedback on training.
-Training is going very well, more prepared on the outcomes. First years work is going better, dealt with verbal warnings.
-At the end of the day we revere to the weekly programs, the outcomes to be coached, and the work book questions to be answered during following day.
-All POE's has to be handed in at the beginning of each day to be checked by the HOD. Today was the 1st day when training manager Heidi checked 1st years, 2nd years & 3rd years files.
-A new roster is to be set up to allocate 1st years to use the recourse center since they are not yet doing so.
-Illness has 1 of our 1st years far behind, one student has problems with blogging & other 2 are doing well.
-Weekly checklist has been divided into areas of responsibility which are then each allocated to 1 of 4 groups per week. This helps us to be on top of work at the WLC.
Feedback on research projects.
