· Feedback on training.

é As soon as we figured out how the workplace went we felt more comfortable.

é Students don’t use their black berries but seem to remember what we teach them.

é Putting the theory & practical together helps them absorb the information.

é This 1st week has been a slow start; the 1st years have been timid.

é Help 1st years by:

é Trust them more with tasks.

é Give them more responsibility.

é Get a chance to do feedback in the afternoon.

é Informing them before the tour that they cannot correct us on the tours. However can add to the information. Check their knowledge and give them certain enclosures to do on the tour.

· Feedback on research project.

Aardvark project:

Answers to all my questions.

Research on the animal itself & interesting facts.

Sighting data base.

Reception information book.

Game drive answering sheet.

Get prices for night vision camera.

Get a date & permission to have an aardvark stake out.

Find out from Claas/Mabula where the aardvark is mostly seen.

Find out if I can have an aardvark game drive/walk.

Find out if I can get trap cage.
